I have one of these and it's a neat little lantern. The first time I took it out of the house to work on my sister's dryer the darn thing would quit working on me. My best guess as to why is that the battery holder contacts were breaking contact with the lantern contacts. either that or it was overheating. It's really a shame because I wanted a cheap beater lantern so I didn't have to damage my more expensive Streamlight lanterns. I also wish the dimming option would go lower. Other then that it has a bunch of modes and can dim which is really handy.
