Brandsmart has the LG oled65b7a on sale for $1798 thru July 4th in store only. I called the Atlanta location to see if they had any in stock. The salesperson told me the were sold out but I could get the 2018 model at the same price. I went to there later today and picked one up. A didfferent salesperson sold me the tv at that price without any prompting by me.

I missed this for the 4th, but I just called the store and they will do the 65E8PUA for 2499.00 . Still more than I want to spend but not a bad price for the new E model.

They were oos for the b7a but offered the E8PUA for the 2499.00 . They did have that in stock at the time.

I meant was the 2018 B8 not the 2017 B7A. Did you not ask about the 2018 65" B8 for $1,798 like OP?

Yes they wanted 2499.00 for the B8 or E8 . Wouldn't do the 1798.00 for the B8 like OP. Obviously between the 2 take the E8 for that price, why I didn't mention the B8 price.
