They do ask for your Nike+ e-mail address. They may keep a log of these, but I've tried three times now and it's worked every time.
This is why I always keep a cashback balance on my account, just in case there's a deal on some gift cards, but I don't really need anything from Nike for a quite some time since I've stacked up on Under Armour stuff with their e-mailed promo codes.
so if you buy 5 cards, it'll be $75 of discover cashback but $100 in gift cards.

Anyway, this is still a good deal because the Discover Reward for this is usually $20 for $25 or $40 for $50.
I racked up a lot of rewards last year during the Q4 promotion of 5% cash back for Amazon purchases. This is a perfect time to redeem!
And I will wait for the 30% F&F sale to use them!
