tl;dr
- This promo is one-time-use only (may be applied to just one order).
- You can't apply the promo if you have a gift card in your cart.
- You can include items from multiple stores in the same order.
- Blathering "tax kills it" is seriously lame; don't be that guy. Read the info on "How taxes work with Google Express" below.
How Google Express Handles store promotions:
Per Google Express chat, if a store has an item with an instant rebate, (instant rebate must apply in the physical store) they will charge you the actual purchase price - not their stated price. This means that if you find items that have instant savings at a GE store, you should be able to get both the promotional price as well as the GE discount.
How taxes work with Google Express:
According to posts on this thread, Google Express will estimate taxes (typically around 10%) when you purchase, but will actually charge you for your own state's tax on your final receipt.
