Yeesh, look at the reviews about the TV arriving damaged from Samsung and they won't accept responsibility. Buyer beware.

I had this issue last fall. The box had no visible damage, but there was an internal crack in the screen when i plugged it in. aafes stood behind it, refunded me, shipped me another at the original cost and didn't want the the old one back.

If you do order one, plug it in and deal with aafes, not samsung.
