How did you get that coupon? Is it $100 off education coupon? That doesn't apply to all laptops only certain ones!
I dunno how but they send me one almost every month for the past 2 years. It's only for new Dell computers though. I think it's because I have a Dell preferred account holder
What does it say on the coupon? It should tell yah the reason for the coupon!
This deal has been around for awhile. Just add SSD, ram and maybe upgrade WiFi card.

Just says back by popular demand extra $100 savings on all Dell computers at the Houston microcenter. I've bought a few laptops for under $100 with the coupon to donate to my kids school

Thanks for responding, I've heard of people of getting this coupon but it's a complete mystery on they got it! The other person said they subscribed but to what? It's not the email newsletter! The only $100 off coupon I know of is the .edu for students and that's only on certain laptops indicated by the SKU number!
I'm trying to figure out the mystery behind your coupon. I would try and ask microcenter chat and see how is one to obtain one or where it came from.

If you're going to upgrade all that, why not just get the G5 for $200 more. Most likely bet build quality too
I've calculated it out and it would be less than $200 for the upgrades. I also like slimmer design of the g3 as I'm not a hardcore gamer.
It's for ANY New Dell laptops and desktop. No specific SKU
If you live in Houston, you can have my coupon. I'm not going to use it so might as well give it away
