Not a problem if you plan to replace the stock fan assembly on it with a water cooling solution, although that adds additional cost.
Polaris 20 really isn't that hard to cool. Just check to make sure the AIB -MSI in this case- didn't jack up the stock voltages.

I agree. I'd watch for one of the Sapphire cards or at least something that's highly reviewed and has a dual fan. Here's an example.

I have the Special Edition version of this and mine was running 68-70c during gaming, which is about as high as I comfortably like it. I didn't have my Afterburner profile running, so it's typically a bit cooler than this.
Wow, your video cards only last you a year??? What in the world do you do to them? My HD 6850 is still going strong after about 4 years. PC running 24/7 with mostly video streaming and some gaming thrown in.
So if you're figuring on a card being disposable, then good on you. If you intend to keep it any length of time, you want dual fan cards.
Fanless cards die soonest, in my experience. They're good for small form factor / home theater pc's, but tend to degrade very quickly
Single fan cards die next. Depends on stress levels, but they don't last a long time
Dual fan cards generally last the longest, although depends on manufacturer, usage, etc..
Bravo for bragging about burning your clients by cheaping out on components. Personally, I'd charge them more and give them cards that will actually last.
I have a single fan gtx470 I bought 7+ years ago is still running like a champ. Guess I've been lucky these pass 6+ years.
