Back in February 2017, Fanatical had a $9.99 Jackbox bundle which included packs 1-2 and all 9 You Don't Know Jack volumes. HB is only giving the first 4 consisting with their motto always to hold stuff back for future bundles. You can be sure in a future bundle they'll try to shove the remaining 5 YDKJ volumes into a higher tier to try to make people multi-dip on bundles. Given these are 640x480 resolution DOS games, I'm not going to pay through the nose to get them. To me this is basically like buying pack 2 for $4.99 and getting 4 bonus YDKJ games for 40 cents. In hindsight, I should've bought the $9.99 Fanatical pack in 2017 as it would've given me all 9 volumes and I could've ignored this HB. Now watch Fanatical repeat that bundle as soon as this HB ends. The way things work out, it's really hard not to think there is collusion (the media's favorite word) among the game bundlers to make me regret my prior purchases.
Notice how Drawful 2 is always in the top bundle because it's the only one I don't have. I'll keep waiting until it's cheaper. And why are Fibbage XL and Quiplash available separately in the $1 tier? Those are just duplicates for people who buy the higher tiers. When I look at HB's bundles for the first couple years, it's night and day between quality/quantity for the money. Now HB is no better than Fanatical and most of the bundles are meh. I know, I say this every HB, but there are always newbies.
Logically if separate Jackbox Party Packs for $4.99 at Fanatical are FP, then getting 2 of them for less than $10 (lowest BTA was $5.39) should also be FP, but logic often doesn't work on SD.
OK. Now it's time for someone to criticize me for a cool story bro or for a wall of text. Those people should just put me on their ignore list if my posts cause them to have an ADD fit.
