Ad doesn't say if there's a minimum value of each card to qualify. I guess they generally start around $20.

The lowest Netflix card is $30 so that's probably what they bought. I thought the variables started at $30 as well. I didn't notice a minimum either.

You'd have better savings if you bought the itunes cards at a discount and then bill your netflix subscription through itunes.

Not necessarily $60 for all, but I didn't want to buy restaurant gc's, and we don't have Hulu. I'm not sure what the lowest amount is for each, maybe someone else can enlighten.
