I'm torn, I had a 30 can ozark trail and the zipper was completely destroyed recently(zipper had detached from bottom teeth, and i tried to "fix" it). Wife and I used it all the time for weekender trips. Debating the 20 vs 30. 20 looks like it may fit in a golf cart, but will have 2/3rds capacity.

The 20qt soft cooler is the sweet spot for me. Perfect size for 95% of outings.
I'm looking at picking up a 40qt for those times the whole family is together (beach).

Anyone have any of the newer soft pack coolers? I've seen a lot of reviews saying the top comes unglued/seperated on the newer model since they were sued.

I have a soft pack 20 that we use quite often and haven't had any issues with it. I wouldn't have bought a 30 if my other one wasn't working as well as it does.

Visited one of the factories that makes their coolers. Pretty interesting the way they are molded.

The insulation process was surprising though LOL.....

I have one (no brand name on it) that I was given as a sample by the factory owner and they are very nice.

Yes I had that issue. But got a free warranty replacement. They paid for shipping both ways
