I'm typing THIS POST on the Sprint version Z2 Force. Until Feb 2018, I was the only Motorola trainer in Las Vegas..

Goods:
- Almost unbreakable screen. 5 layers of plastic similar to what is used on the Vegas strip hotels' windows.
- Half the Moto Mods are great and useful! Love the JBL Speaker.
- Thinnest and lightest 2017 FLAGSHIP phone.
- Relatively fast through internet, apps, etc etc, as there's less bloatware on here compared to most other phones.
- Camera was one of the 1st(along with Galaxy Note 8) to take REAL monochrome (Black & White) photos on a cell phone.
- Front and back cameras take pretty good photos.

Bads:
- Screen scratches VERY easily(like with keys), so a screen protector is a must.
- Can't set ringtones for individual callers without downloading an app.
- After having 3 of these, it freezes WAY more than my Galaxy 1/2/4/7/8.
- Half the Moto Mods are gimmicky and lame.
- Built in antennas pick up Sprint's signal less than Galaxy and iPhone.. I had 147 stores to visit as a Mororola Trainer. Comparing this phone to my Galaxy 7 in those areas, was noticably different between the two.

Worse/Unacceptable: When rapid firing texts/mms, this phone delivers em out of order ALL THE TIME.. Even after waiting while the phone marks them as "sent," before sending another.
at that price you might as well as buy directly from bestbuy
$160

Charged me an upgrade fee of $30 when I did online. It says it'll be charged to my next bill. One time $128 with taxes and overnight shipping free.

Will this automatically unlock? Or do i have to call customer service?
