Probably a little slower. But meh..cheaper too. I bought a refurb from sunjoe and slapped a warranty on it. Came a little dirty, but it's lawn equipment. Again, made a huge difference on my quarter acre lot. Took about 3 hours to do and another hour to cleanup.

I bought this from amazon for $150 in July. Hella cheap now. Did the job. I'd recommend it.

I own this. Although I've only had to use it once, that one time I used it, it worked great. No complaints.

My HD has it for $130+ so maybe its regional at that price but Amazon has it for $89... perhaps to PM your HD find.

I went with this one over Greenworks.
This one has slightly more power, scarification and dethatch, and collection bag.
SunJoe comes with 2 yr mfg warranty and Amazon offered me 2yr square trade extension (4yr total) for $7.33 which seemed like a no brainer.
Only neg to SunJoe seems to be smaller operating path (more passes required)... that and Amazon prime is 1 week delivery for this item.

Ugh. Paid $95 last week. It arrives today in the mail :/ I'll still come out ahead vs renting at Home Depot on my 2nd use.

I have one of these dethatchers and it works well. I'm not sure if I would use one of these if my house were on a huge plot of land, but seeing as my house is on a 50x100 plot, this works fine. I got up a ton of thatch early this year and my lawn did very well this year. I've had this unit since May, 2013 and paid $101.68 plus tax for it. This is a great deal!

The sunjoe one seems to have a lot of reviews showing it breaking. I went with the grenworks as a warranty wont help me while Im in the middle of doing the job. Greenworks does have a 4yr warranty on its product so hopefully it is built to last.

Grabbed the Sun Joe over Greenworks. Seems like a better machine overall.
