Citi Price Rewind and special discounts

Here's a question for Citi Price Rewind experts. I bought an item from Newegg using the $25 Masterpass promotion. Does my "purchase price" include the $25 discount or is the purchase price the published price on Newegg's site before the discount? Thanks.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

the purchase price is the amount you charged on your credit card.

As per https://www.citipricerewind.com/faq#faq4

Are purchases made using a gift card or store credit eligible for a Price Rewind?
Yes, but you must pay for the item at least in part with your Citi card. We will only pay the lesser of the actual amount paid for with your Citi card or the maximum coverage per item. Items purchased entirely with reward points, miles, gift cards or store credits are not eligible for this program.

That's a different question, Willmtaylor. I'm referring to a discount, not the method I used for payment. Vwbeetlvr addressed my question.
