The email gave me 30 minutes to cancel the order, so rather than fight about it, I went ahead and canceled the order. And the auto-restock. Not worth it to me.
So make sure you check your email (and credit card alert--that was what caused me to check my email, as they had charged it more than 3x what it should've been). Make sure you get the deal.

I just received my email as well and was charged $12.19 for QTY of one. I am on with chat right now, but probably will cancel. Thanks for the heads up
I contacted Live Chat support and was told it was a price mistake and there was nothing they could do, and was given a $10 coupon for my trouble. So they made it my burden to drive this case of paper to my local Staples to get my money back after it arrives. The customer service agent put in a stop request on the order so we'll see if that works (not holding my breath).
It's funny though, after the $10 coupon if I ordered it again it would be cheaper than I paid.. so why not just adjust the price and call it a day?

It still shows processing on my side. So not sure if she cancelled or not. Everyone should double check their online accounts for the orders even if no email was received.

They rarely change the price after the fact but it has occurred in the past. They really should just auto-cancel mistakes.
