Exactly! Really makes me frustrated, irritated and mad when the company itself is telling you to essentially waste their time and money buy buying and then returning instead of doing an adjustment! I also had this happen with jcpenny and Kohl's! I guess they don't mind losing money on something easy for them to do
This is simply a way for the CSR to give you a solution without hurting their own statistics, such as LRPC "Lost Revenue Per Call" and does not always represent the companies policies or preferences

Yes it will. But, if only using for the Switch then this U3 is overkill. It will not be any better than using U1 which is cheaper and already as fast/faster than the Switch can handle.
