they fall out when i run. but i got these hook type covers for them on ebay that solves the issue. as for sound quality, about same as the wired apple buds.

Yes, they will not fall out. I wore a friends for a bit and tried to shake them out of my ears. They held without budging. Strong connection over long distance (30ft). I've lost a few $25 Bluetooth earpieces already though so I'll probably not up the anti.

Also recently committed to a pixel 2xl so it'll be a while before I decide to convert. Also I have the urge to flick them off whenever I see them.

The pricing does not appear THAT out of range for totally wireless BT buds. they all appear to be around $100-200.

Now, is the "totally wireless BT buds worth the money" would be probably better question and it can probably only be answered by you and your lifestyle.

Now, I DID hear that if you have apple product, AND want totally wireless BT earbuds, these are no brainer. I also heard from quite a few Android users that these are wonderful as well.

if you think the standard wired apple earbuds sound decent (I don't) and are comfy (I don't), then these may work for you.

any in-ear headphones sound way better than earbuds IMO.
