This appears to vary quite a bit based on geographic location, but I checked several metro areas in the Northern US and the $134.50 clearance price seems to appear at a few stores in several major metro areas. It's YMMV but if you find a local store with it, it looks like you can order it online for store pickup.

If you can find it, this is an absolute steal of a price for a self-propelled bagging mower from a major brand. The only real flaw is that the self-propelled feature is not variable speed as it is on other models.
