When the network trial is over, you can return the device to any T-Mobile store in Boston, Austin, or Atlanta, or pass it on to a friend so they can experience the network trial, too.
Dropped TMO 10+ years ago! Won't go back unless they have a super deal!! Bad bad rep they had and poor connectivity they got, always!

They have made it to the 3rd biggest carrier and just bought Sprint. Or trying to..lol.. 10 years they have done a lot with the company,support,network. They are ranked #1 in customer support. Prices are way cheaper than the other 2. I suggest try them again. I have been with them for 5 years... So I have seen all the progress first hand....
