NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. 1. Eligibility: The 29 Ways to Stay (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico), Argentina (excluding Mendoza, Neuquén, Río Negro, Salta and Tierra del Fuego), Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, India, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, South Africa and United Kingdom, who, as of date of game play/entry, are Marriott Rewards, Starwood Preferred Guest or The Ritz-Carlton Rewards members with a completed member profile and at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their respective country/region of permanent residence, whichever is greater. If you are not a Marriott Rewards, Starwood Preferred Guest or The Ritz-Carlton Rewards member, join now at MarriottRewards.com, SPG.com and RitzCarltonRewards.com and complete your member profile. Your city/province and country of residence is required. Then, play the memory game ("Game Play"), and a message will indicate whether or not you have won a prize (subject to verification) and how to claim the prize, if applicable. By logging into your Marriott Rewards, Starwood Preferred Guest or The Ritz-Carlton Rewards account and completing the Game Play, you will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Grand Prize Drawing ("entry").

All Game Plays/entries must be complete to be eligible to win. All Game Plays/entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of Game Plays/entries. All participants agree that, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Sponsor's agents, affiliates or service provides may use participants' personal information submitted with Game Plays/entries and/or play for purposes of prize fulfillment. No information regarding Game Plays/entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Game Play/entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Game Plays/entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Game Plays/entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Game Plays/entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used for Game Play will be deemed to be the participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Game Plays/entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Entrant's social media profiles must be keeping with Sponsor's image or he/she may be disqualified.

4. Selection of Grand Prize Winner: On or about November 8, 2018, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the random drawing.

5. Winner Notification & Verification: Instant Win Prize winners will be notified immediately after Game Play. All Instant Win winners are subject to verification of eligibility. Game Plays are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor and include anti-fraud detection measures; if they are found to be reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with or unauthorized or if they fail to contain security codes used by Sponsor in the Promotion, they will be void. No prize will be awarded to Game Play participant that is determined to be void or otherwise ineligible and Sponsor shall have no further obligation or liability in respect thereof. If, due to an error of any kind, more participants are deemed to be winners, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Potential Grand Prize winner and 4-Night Stay winners will be sent via email link an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) and Assignment of Rights ("Affidavit/Declaration") and will be required to complete, and sign the Affidavit/Declaration via email within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified in order to claim his/her prize. Potential winners in Canada must answer correctly a mathematical skill-testing question without aid of mechanical device or otherwise, to be administered by the Administrator at a time and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. Potential winners in Argentina must answer a cultural question. All other Instant Win Prizes will be awarded to the winners within 8-10 weeks after verification is complete. Return of any prize or prize notification will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner fails to return the required document within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries/Game Plays received throughout the Promotion Period (or from Game Plays for any unclaimed instant win prizes, as explained in Section 6 below). All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries/Game Plays are received throughout the Promotion Period. Any prize which is not won or is left unclaimed will be donated to charity or disposed of after January 8, 2019.

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until participant's eligibility has been verified and participant has been notified that verification is complete.

6. Prizes, Odds of Winning, and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Grand Prize [one (1)]: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of twenty-nine (29) 2-night stays, one (1) at each of the 29 Marriott Brands for winner and one (1) guest. Stays includes 2 night hotel accommodations at each of the 29 Marriott Brands for one (1) standard room (based on double occupancy), and a $7,000USD check to help defray taxes for the Grand Prize winner only (US winner only). The maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is $30,596.80. Stays will be awarded as certificates added to the Grand Prize winner's Marriott Rewards, Starwood Preferred Guest or The Ritz-Carlton Rewards account. Transportation to/from each stay is not included with the Grand Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner is a resident outside the 50 US/DC/PR, he/she will not receive the $7,000USD check to help defray taxes and no additional compensation will be provided. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
