Saw it in store. It is made in china. Not sure what the benefit is over a chinese Wilton?
I am a home handy man. Never owned a vice. I thought this is a good price compared to a lot of what I see here in the past, such as the Yost brand and others. I suppose it's good enough for weekend warrior stuff (that's me), and can't attest to the quality for a commercial use.
Never heard of Wilton, but I see home depot has them in the several hundred to 1000 range.
I also looked at vises at Harbor Freight, and this beats it in features, price, and.......Costco backup!
I guess costco doesn't have same prices at all stores? I know prices vary with their clearance stuff, but this is a regular item. Wierd. I guess this makes it YMMV.

I will post a pic of their sign at the store. Not sure if they price match themselves
Couldn't find much info on the box, I assume it's the same generic cast iron made in China vises alot of retailers (Sears) rebrand as their own?
Here it is at Tractor Supply.

Seems like that's it except the costco one is in gray color.
