I have a similar, not exact model as this. It has served me well as a casual tool guy. I would be cautious with tool placement, because with most of the doors open and full of tools this thing could be tipped over fairly easy. Gotta be careful with the kids.
I don't know a lot about tool chests, but why buy this over a harbor freight tool chest. From what I understand harbor freight makes some amazing chest wood who's value can't be beat... Is this deal better than the daily offerings of harbor freight. Obviously home depot's husky line is a better name, and there are more locations, but if you have a harbor freight near by why not go there?

Because a similarly size top and bottom chest from harbor freight will cost twice as much or more
I got two of these hogs years ago at $125/set thanks to slick deals. This is the newer version that replaced the ones I found that had a cubby door in the bottom right corner. Have not had a single problem with them...high quality and tons of space. Was able to consolidate several smaller ones to make garage neater. I found mine stashed in the overhead around early spring so maybe the price will keep dropping as they prepare to bring out a new rev for fathers day.
I think regular price was little higher than this and this is not big discount. At this price, i think it is better to pay little more to get Milwaukee one. No offense
I use it in the garage. It's big and while it doesn't have soft close drawers, I have been extremely happy with it. Holds my tools, a couple drawers hold my heavier tools no problem. The power strip is nice and I use the USB plugs a lot more than I thought I would.
The only issue, and I would consider it minor, is that the locks seem very cheap. I make sure to use the locks since it's in my garage.
Edit:. I should also note that I also have the US General (Harbor Freight) one in my house too. I like the Husky one more. It seems sturdier when I pull out the drawers. Wheels feel more balanced, and the metal seems to have a bit more rigidity. Not that it's miles better, but noticeable.

He's correct. I have this and the 27" version of the harbor freight. harbor freight have some pretty decent quality tool chest too but to get something this size will be about twice as much and their 20% coupon don't apply toward tool chest. this was a pretty good deal especially for this size and quality.

Definitely still a pretty good deal if you have the space. 1+
