Costco Warehouse already sells the iPhone for 50 dollars less on Tmobile iPhones. This deal will be $440 off the retail price with valid phone trade-in. This works great with the grandfather simple choice plan that I have.
BETTER THAN BOGO:
Since I only need one phone, this is a better deal than the buy one get one deal. Even if I needed two phones, this is a better deal. The BOGO deal is to get 700 dollars back for both phones. That makes it only 350 for each phone. Plus I need to add a line for that or be a new customer. In that case, this is a better deal because it is 390 dollars off. Also, the BOGO deal requires a 24 months installment plan because Costco didn't have that BOGO promo for iPhone XSes. You will have to get the deal through Tmobile store, meaning no cancellation of service within a 24 month. Or else you will lose your remaining bill credit.
The BOGO deal was never with Costco. So the 50 dollars warehouse discount does not apply to that deal. This is the BEST deal so far for the XS!
AGAIN, Costco never had the BOGO 700 deal for the Xs deal, it was Tmobile stores that had it!
Other Information?
Only one phone per trade-in.
Tax starts at 1050 and then 390 off with valid trade-in.
The worth of the phone will go towards your next month billing and the extra will be mailed to you in a master card format.

There's a conflict of the promo end date:
1. One of the documentation we received after the trade-in has the promo end date is Nov 26.
2. The flyer at the kiosk has it otherwise Nov 1st.
So I came back to do the 2nd trade-in and also to confirm the end date. The rep told me that, the Nov 26 is from Costco wireless, the flyer is from T-Mobile. He suggested that if T-Mobile decides to pull off the promo, it's all up to T-Mobile and that the Nov 1st will over-ride the Nov 26. So folks be aware if your trade-in phones are arriving after Nov 1st.

The end date for the promo is not the end date for the trade in. It clearly states that you have 30 days from your date of purchase to send in your phone. If you are doing the promo AFTER the 11/1 end date then know that there is a risk of not receiving the promotional trade in value for your device.

I forgot to mention. Costco allows customers to dip on the new deal after 31 days. That means I can sell this iPhone and go wait for another Tmobile deal.
