TL;DR: Both great. QLED is better for sports and well-lit rooms. OLED better for movies and dark rooms.

Love that it's at Costco and 82" is significantly cheaper than some other places I have seen posted.
Thanks, I will update the post

Does costco do price adjustment?
Alternative will be to return the one I have, and buy this again. I would rather not do this if they'll price adjust.
Anyone have experience with this?

If you're within 90 day window, go and return/rebuy as they will not price adjust after 30days. My Costco would even encourage the return/rebuy.. *facepalm*

QLED is also better if you have small kids who watch Disney channel with Disney logo non-stop.
