I am guessing it´s two racks one for each bar but it doesn´t say anywhere. Also does the straps come with the rack? Thanks

Thanks for checking with SportRack and good question. Yes, there is one full unit for the front bar, and on full unit for the rear bars. Straps to tie down around the hull, and also for bow and stern tie downs.
