S4 / Galaxy Watch is actually a downgrade from S3.
S3 has more features and looks better.

1) it's waterproof
2) new gorilla glass upgrade
3) new Tizen OS
4) faster processor
5) double ram on LTE model
6) 1.5x bigger battery
7) software upgrade besides OS

I don't know how this is a downgrade.

Having said that I got the S3 Frontier. I do not feel the need to upgrade because it is not significantly BETTER. And the 46mm watch doesn't come in the same black.

I got my S3 Frontier for free after $100 gift card when price matched with discover (to walmart accross the nation at $89) last time it was at best buy. I love it.
