Intel® Dreamstakes Contest Official Rules

These terms and conditions are applicable for the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Intel Dreamstakes Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Germany, France, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong) who, as of the date of entry are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is greater. Void in Quebec, Hong Kong and where prohibited by law.

1. Contest Period: This contest (the "Contest") begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") (5.00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT")) on November 5, 2018 and ends at 10:00 a.m. PT (5.00 p.m. GMT) on November 25, 2018 (the "Contest Period").

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Germany, France, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong) who, as of the date of entry are 18 years of age or the age of majority (United States: 18 years, Canada: 18 years, Mainland China: 18 years, Japan: 20 years, South Korea: 19 years, Taiwan: 20 years, France: 18 years, Germany: 18 years, United Kingdom: 18 years) in their respective states/jurisdictions of permanent residence, whichever is greater. Employees of Intel Corporation (the "Sponsor"), Votigo, Inc. ("Administrator") and their respective parent, affiliated companies, agents, and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each of such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. Entrants are only eligible to enter into the Dreamstakes Contest for their legal country of residence. Participation constitutes entrant's agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters related to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

4. How To Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Contest. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Contest Period, visit https://corei9.intel.com ("Website"). Follow the instructions to complete the online entry form (you will be asked to submit the following personal information: name and email address) including answering the question "What excites you about esports?" (maximum of 500 characters) to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (the "Entry"). The prizes for which you are eligible depend on your legal country/region of residence as set forth in Section 5 below. Limit of one (1) Entry per person. More than one (1) Entry from any person, or any attempt by a person to obtain more than one (1) Contest Entry, will result in disqualification of all Entries for that person. Use of computer programs, scripts, or bots, or other automatic means to participate is prohibited. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible.

By submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to these Official Rules and the Entry Guidelines listed below (collectively, the "Guidelines") and that Sponsor may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Contest if your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules or Guidelines. By submitting your Entry, in addition to rights granted below, you: (a) hereby waive any so-called moral (e.g., creative rights) in your Entry; and (b) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted under Section 10 of these Official Rules.

Entry Guidelines:

The Entry must not contain material that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
The Entry must not disparage any person or entity.
The Entry must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, and/or defamatory.
The Entry must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, gender reassignment, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, or age.
The Entry must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Entry is created.
Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter/play will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified.

Entrants need internet access to enter. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone and usage (data) charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device. Entrants that participate using a work email address may need the permission of their employer.

5. Winner Selection: At the end of the Contest Period, all Entries will be judged by an independent panel of judges selected by Sponsors based on the following judging criteria: Creativity (25%); Originality (25%) and Passion (50%); (the "Judging Criteria"). There are a total of: eight (8) Grand Prize 1 prizes, eight (8) Grand Prize 2 prizes, and eight (8) Grand Prize 3 prizes, and 2,000 Second Prizes. The two (2) Entries from each of the following regions: Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong) ("Region 1"), Unites States and the District of Columbia / Canada (excluding Quebec) ("Region 2"), the United Kingdom / Germany / France ("Region 3"), and South Korea / Japan / Taiwan ("Region 4") (collectively "Regions"), with the highest total score based on the Judging Criteria will be the winners of Grand Prize 1, subject to verification of eligibility. The two (2) Entries from Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and Region 4 with the third and fourth highest score will be the winners of Grand Prize 2, subject to verification of eligibility. The two (2) Entries from Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and Region 4 with the fifth and sixth highest score will be the winners of Grand Prize 3, subject to verification of eligibility.

Excluding Grand Prize winners, the 250 Entries in each of the countries listed in the table below with the highest total score based on the Judging Criteria will be Second Prize winners, subject to verification of eligibility. In the event of a tie, a tiebreaker will be based on the highest score in the Creativity criteria. If still tied, a tiebreaker will be based on the highest score in the Originality criteria, followed by the highest score in the Passion criteria if still tied.

6. Notification of Winners: On January 15, 2019, the Grand Prize Winners and Second Prize Winners will be notified by email from [email protected] to the email the entrants used to enter the Contest. The Grand Prize Winner will be sent (via email), an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit") (where permitted by applicable law) and will be required to complete, sign and return the Affidavit, if applicable, via email within seven (7) days of being notified in order to claim his/her prize. Second Prize winners will be emailed a digital code for prize redemption.

After prize notification to Grand Prize winners, Administrator will work with Grand Prize winners to book tickets and travel. Second prize winners will receive their digital code by February 14, 2019.

If the prize/prize notification is returned undeliverable, if the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, if the potential winner does not respond to the prize notification within seven (7) days of being notified, or if the potential winner does not complete, sign and return the Affidavit (if applicable) via email within seven (7) days of being notified, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected based on the judging criteria in section 5.

Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. An entrant is not a winner of a prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM: The Grand Prize Winner will not be obliged to sign and return an Affidavit.

7. Contest Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prize 1 (Two (2) winners from Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and Region 4 for a total of eight (8) winners.): A 6-day/5-night trip for two (2) to Spodek, Katowice, Poland to attend Intel Extreme Masters Katowice. Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (if the guest is a minor, the winner must be the parent/legal guardian and/or the winner's child/charge) from a major airport near the winner's residence (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Spodek, Katowice, Poland, (ii) 5 nights' 3* or above hotel accommodation for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion at a Sponsor-specified hotel as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only), (iii) a daily stipend of $100 USD (£78 GBP), (iv) ground transportation from/to airport/hotel, (v) two tickets to attend Intel Extreme Masters Katowice from February 28, 2019 – March 3, 2019. Winners and guests must be available to travel to Poland on those dates. The ARV of each Grand Prize 1 is $5,000 USD (£3,900 GBP). Grand Prize 2 (Two (2) winners from Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and Region 4 for a total of eight (8) winners.) A 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to attend an Intel Extreme Masters 2019 event. Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner's residence (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to event destination, (ii) 4 nights' 3* or above hotel accommodation for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion at a Sponsor-specified hotel as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only), (iii) a daily stipend of $100 USD (£78 GBP), (iv) ground transportation from/to airport/hotel, (v) two tickets to attend an Intel Extreme Masters 2019 event. The ARV of each Grand Prize 2 is $5,000 USD (£3,900 GBP). Travel will take place in or around May 2019 and the location of the event will be announced after the start of the Contest. Winners and guests must be available to travel to Poland, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, United States or the European Union. Grand Prize 3 (Two (2) winners from Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and Region 4 for a total of eight (8) winners). A 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to attend ESL One 2019 event. Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner's residence (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to event destination, (ii) 4 nights' 3* or above hotel accommodation for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion at a Sponsor-specified hotel as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only), (iii) a daily stipend of $100 USD (£78 GBP), (iv) ground transportation from/to airport/hotel, (v) two tickets to attend an ESL One 2019 event. The ARV of each Grand Prize 3 is $5,000 USD (£3,900 GBP). Travel will take place in or around the spring of 2019 and the location of the event will be announced after the start of the Contest. Winners and guests must be available to travel to Poland, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, United States or the European Union. Second Prize (2,000) as outlined in the table above: PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS digital jackets (ARV: $20 USD (£15 GBP)) or Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Codes (ARV: $60 USD (£46 GBP)).

All taxes (except room tax added to the hotel room rate), gratuities, incidental expenses, meals, telephone calls, fees or charges for changing dates, transportation and other costs and expenses relating to the use or acceptance of the Grand Prize not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is not included. All booked flights for Grand Prize winners and their guests will be deemed final, and Sponsor is under no obligation to change any travel plans for any reasons. Sponsor will not be responsible in the event that a Grand Prize winner and/or his guest misses a flight, or the flight is otherwise cancelled or delayed. Grand Prize winner's guest (or winner, as parent/legal guardian if a guest is a minor and winner's child/charge) will (where permitted under applicable law) be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Grand Prize winners and their guest must possess valid travel documents (e.g., valid government-issued photo ID, passport) in order to travel and must travel on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of trip is subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. In the event the Grand Prize winner or his/her guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early and send the Grand Prize winner and/or guest home with no further compensation to the Grand Prize winner.

Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make an equivalent prize substitution at its sole discretion if any advertised prizes become unavailable.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. If this happens Sponsor will inform Entrants as soon as reasonably possible via email. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual attempting to tamper with or undermine the Entry process, the Website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Contest; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:
(A) By participating in this Contest, to the greatest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that Sponsor and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotions; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of a prize.

(B) By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, Entry, or participation in this Contest or in any Contest related activity, use of https://corei9.intel.com or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery.

(C) The Released Parties are not responsible if the Contest cannot take place, or if the prizes cannot be awarded or are delayed for reasons outside the Released Parties' reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

(D) Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Contest, including, without limitation, the above Website and the prize, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

(E) Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, or damage to persons or property, or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM: Sections 9(B) and 9(D) do not apply. (1) Nothing in these Official Rules attempts to exclude or limit Sponsor's liability where it would be unlawful to do so, for example for death or personal injury caused by Sponsor's negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents, and subcontractors, and for fraudulent misrepresentation. (2) To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor, its employees, agents and subcontractors, will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Sponsor, its employees, agents or subcontractors. (3) To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor's liability under or in connection with the Contest, the Contest prizes, and taking up the Contest prizes, will be limited to losses and damages which are foreseeable at the time of entering into the Contest. (4) Your statutory rights are not affected. For information about your statutory rights, contact your local Citizen's Advice Bureau.

10. Publicity.
(A) Except where prohibited by law, winner grants to Sponsor and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, Entry and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including the announcement of his or her name on television or radio broadcast) without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification.

(B) Entrants agree that Sponsor shall own Entries, which will not be acknowledged or returned, and that Sponsor and its designees shall have the perpetual, worldwide right to edit, publish, and use the Entries in any way and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional, and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further consideration to entrants or any third party.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM: Section 10(A) does not apply. Sponsor may contact winners to request their participation in publicity. Sponsor may make winners' name and county available upon request.

11. Disputes. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest (excluding any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the prizes awarded in the Contest or the use or misuse thereof) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States Court for Delaware or the appropriate State Court located in Delaware; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the prizes awarded in the Contest or the use or misuse thereof shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courts located in New Castle County, Delaware; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (4) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Delaware a or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Delaware.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM: Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, the prizes awarded in the Contest, or taking up the prizes, will be governed by the law of your country of residence. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Contest, the prizes awarded in the Contest, or taking up the prizes, in the courts of your country of residence.

12. Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor and the Administrator for the purposes outlined in these Official Rules, for administering the Contest, and fulfilling the prize award, and is subject to Intel's Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.intel.com/content/www/...otice.html. Personal information collected by Sponsor and Administrator will be deleted within sixty (60) days of conclusion of the Contest and for winners thirty (30) days of fulfillment of prizes, unless there is a legal obligation to store it.

13. Winners and Judges List: For the names of the judges email [email protected] with an email subject of "Intel Dreamstakes Contest Judges List". For the names of the winners, available after January 15, 2019, for a period of at least 30 days, email [email protected] with an email subject of "Intel Dreamstakes Contest Winner List". The names of winners will be provided unless prohibited by applicable law.

The Overwatch League, LLC is not a sponsor of, or affiliated with this Contest. The Overwatch League's name and logo, and/or materials are used for purposes of promotional and/or prize description only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply The Overwatch League, LLC's participation, sponsorship, endorsement or approval of this Contest.

Activision Publishing, Inc., is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Contest.
