Note they don't accept it online, just in store. I'm glad someone got the V10 with the coupon. It's still damn expensive for a vacuum, but it's the best price out there right now.
In the past, they always accepted the coupon in store for Dyson products. I hear this stopped with the new V10 series. They also regularly accept the coupon for even the other items listed as "excluded" in the coupon.
Note they don't accept it online, just in store. I'm glad someone got the V10 with the coupon. It's still damn expensive for a vacuum, but it's the price out there right now.

Basically, they're hurting big time. It was a big mistake to decline the coupons on the V10 Dyson line. They have again switched position and accept the 20% coupon for everything in the store. Even the items listed as excluded in fine print. It even appears they're accepting the coupons online, something they never did in the past for excluded items.
If the coupon failed for you in the past, try it again. They're bending over backwards to increase sales. The markups on the Dyson products are tremendous. They're still making a heck of a profit, even at 20% off the new sale price.
