NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE REDBOX PERKS PROGRAM. MEMBERSHIP IS FREE.

The Redbox Winter Spin Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Redbox Automated Retail, LLC ("Sponsor"), 1 Tower Lane, Suite 900, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC, ("Administrator"), 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on November 12, 2018 at 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time ("CT") and ends on December 16, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM CT ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of an instant win game ("Instant Win Game") and a sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). The Sponsor's or its designee's computer (defined below) is the Promotion's official clock.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are (a) at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry; and (b) a member of Redbox Perks program. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their respective owners, parent companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising, promotion and production agencies, prize providers, agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the "steps" of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win a prize in the Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.

Participation constitutes entrant's ("entrant" or "you") full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Sponsor or Administrator. For purposes of the Promotion, an entrant's residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted during the Promotion. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address. If it is discovered or suspected that an entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Promotion using multiple e-mail addresses or multiple identities, all of that entrant's entries will be declared null and void and any prize an entrant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded any may be revoked. Use of any automated system or any like methods to participate in the Promotion is prohibited and will result in disqualification of any entrant attempting such use.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must complete the following to participate:

a) Open and Agree: Open the Redbox application ("App") on your smartphone device or visit https://Redbox.com/winterspin, log-on to your Redbox Perks account, and follow the links and instructions to agree to these Official Rules and confirm your age. You will then be presented an online game board ("Game Board") with eight (8) activities and four sub-activities for the Weekly Trailer Game Board activities (12 total activities).

b) Complete the activities on game board: The game board will specify activities to be completed in order to participate. If an activity includes a purchase requirement, entrant may follow the steps outlined below (see "How to Participate Without Making a Purchase") to request a free Code (defined below) to complete the activity without a purchase. During the Promotion Period, entrant may complete each of the eight primary (8) activities on the Game Board and four (4) sub-activities once to earn Instant Win Game plays ("Game Play"). In addition, each entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes after completing a Game Board activity. Sub-Activities: For Weekly Trailer Activity Only*: This activity will rotate four (4) times during the Promotion Period. An eligible entrant may come back each week to watch a new trailer and/or participate in a transactional activity and receive one (1) Game Play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry, up to five (5) total Game Plays/entries for completing this activity. A new movie/game trailer will be available on November 12, November 20, December 6, and December 11, 2018. You must play the Instant Win Game before the sub-activity rotates to another movie/game trailer/activity. Sweepstakes entry will be automatically awarded after completing the activity. *NOTE: Starting on November 27, 2018 and ending on December 3, 2018, the Movie/Game Trailer Activity will be replaced with a transactional activity to be announced by Sponsor (e.g., rental of disc). To receive credit for this transactional activity, you must return the disc by 12/4. If a purchase is required, entrant may participate through the free method as outlined below. For clarity, you may earn 12 Game Plays and 12 Sweepstakes entries if you complete all activities and sub-activities.

c) Play the Instant Win Game: After completing an activity (including by using a Code), entrant may follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. After the Game Play, the entrant will receive notification within the promotional site as to whether he/she is a potential "Instant Winner" ("Notification"). Each entrant who receives a winning Notification will be deemed a potential Instant Winner subject to verification of the entrant's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor or Administrator may require an Affidavit (defined below) or other information as instructed by Sponsor or Administrator. If entrant receives a winning Notification, he/she will be asked to provide his/her information which may include, first and last name (no initials), full mailing address (no PO boxes), and/or a valid email address. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Notification should so indicate, unless and until entrant's eligibility and the potential winning Game Play have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Game Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void, and will not be honored. Sponsor or Administrator will provide additional instructions via email about how to claim your prize, as necessary.

How To Participate Without Making A Purchase: A purchase is not required to participate in the Promotion. There are two (2) ways an entrant may request a free code to participate without making a purchase ("Code"):

a) Mail-in Code Request: To obtain a Code without making a purchase from October 29, 2018 through November 30, 2018, an entrant may legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address on a 3½" x 5" properly stamped postcard and mail it to: Redbox Entertain More Win More Promotion Code Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by November 30, 2018 and received by December 7, 2018. Administrator will send one (1) Code per Mail-In Request by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the request. There is a limit of eight (8) Mail-in Requests during the Promotion Period. Mail-in requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will be entered into. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions are allowed. Each Code that you receive via email must be entered into the App during the Promotion Period in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes and receive a Game Play.

b) Online Code Access: Starting at 12:00:01 AM CT on December 1, 2018 through 11:59:59 PM CT on December 16, 2018, an entrant may visit the Website, click on the Official Rules, use this free Code "WINTERSPIN18". Limit eight (8) uses of free online Code during the Promotion Period.

LIMIT: REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD OF PARTICIPATION, THERE IS A LIMIT OF TWELVE (12) INSTANT WIN GAME PLAYS AND TWELVE (12) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES DURING THE ENTIRE PROMOTION PERIOD.
Daily Trivia Questions: In addition to the Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, an entrant may answer a daily trivia question. If he/she correctly answers the question, he/she will receive twenty-five (25) Redbox Perks points. Points will be automatically credited to entrant's Redbox Perks account within the App. Earning points are independent from the Promotion and will not increase an entrant's chances of winning. Points cannot be used to enter the Promotion.
NOTE: Message and data rates may apply. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate in the Promotion. Entrants should consult their wireless provider's pricing plans.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about December 17, 2018, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes grand prize winner, one (1) potential Sweepstakes first prize winner, and one (1) potential Sweepstakes second prize winner, and one (1) potential Sweepstakes third prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. The selected Sweepstakes prize winners are potential winners, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole and absolute discretion.

B. Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The Sweepstakes grand prize includes a trip for four (4) people (winner and three (3) guests) to Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and free 1-night Redbox disc rentals for 1-year (awarded as 2,500 Redbox points per disc) (ARV $156) as set forth in Section 5.G. below ("Sweepstakes Grand Prize"). Trip includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for up to four (4) people, between the major commercial airport closet to winner's residence and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and five (5) days and four (4) nights hotel accommodations at a Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana (single room, quad occupancy, 2 adults per room). Blackout dates apply. The Prize is not valid over US Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's and is subject to availability. There will be one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize available in this Promotion. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $5,151.

C. Sweepstakes First Prize (1): The Sweepstakes first prize includes a trip for two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) to the Redbox Bowl on December 31, 2018 in Santa Clara, California ("Sweepstakes First Prize"). Trip includes a trip for two to Santa Clara/San Francisco, airfare for two, 2-nights hotel in San Francisco, 2-nights hotel in Santa Clara, press conference access in San Fran on 12/28, tour of Alcatraz with a team participating in the Redbox Bowl, access to the Pep Rally & Fun Fest, gift bag, two tickets to the Redbox Bowl (seat location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), two pre-game field passes, Private pre-game stadium tour, tunnel access for winner and guest, announcement and video camera shots of winner during the game, two tickets to Great America Winterfest, $750 gift card, and free 1-night Redbox disc rentals for 1-year (awarded as 2,500 Redbox points per disc) as set forth in Section 5.G. below. There will be one (1) Sweepstakes First Prize available in this Promotion. The ARV of the Sweepstakes First Prize is $4,383.

D. Sweepstakes Second Prize (1): The Sweepstakes second prize is a Home Entertainment Package ("Sweepstakes Second Prize"). Package includes SMART TV, 4k/Blu-ray player, sound bar, Just Cause 4 for Xbox One Gold Edition, Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 Headset, Xbox One Console (Custom-skinned Just Cause 4 Xbox One X (1TB)) gaming console, and free 1-night Redbox disc rentals for 1-year (awarded as 2,500 Redbox points per disc) as set forth in Section 5.G. below, Jolly Time 8 oz. Theater Popcorn Machine, a medium cart for the 8 oz. Popcorn machine and one All-In-One Pop Corn Kit. There will be one (1) Sweepstakes Second Prize available in this Promotion. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Second Prize is $4,499.

E. Sweepstakes Third Prize (1): The Sweepstakes third prize is one (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card and one (1) $500 Chevron® Gift Card and free 1-night Redbox disc rentals for 1-year (awarded as 2,500 Redbox points per disc) as set forth in Section 5.G. below ("Sweepstakes Third Prize"). Terms and conditions of card apply. There will be one (1) Sweepstakes Third Prize available in this Promotion. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Third Prize is $1,156.

F. Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Promotion is $88,374.
G. Odds of Winning/Limit: The odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depends on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on when the entrant completes a Game Play. Instant Prizes will be made available at random times throughout the Promotion Period. To be a potential winner of an Instant Win Game Prize, an entrant's Game Play must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator; or iff a Game Play does not occur at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then the next entrant's Game Play to occur after that time will be deemed a potential Instant Winner. The number of Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes are awarded and claimed. There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Prize and twelve (12)

Instant Win Game Prizes per person during the Promotion Period. For the Roku and Jolly Time Popcorn Instant Win Game Prizes, there is a limit of one (1) of each type per person.

H. General Prize Restrictions: Year supply of Redbox rentals will be awarded in Redbox Perks points equivalent to fifty-two (52) 1-night disc rentals (valued at $156). Redbox Perks points may be used toward the rental of movies and games on redbox.com, in the official Redbox mobile app or at any Redbox location. Redbox Perks points are not redeemable for cash. Your payment card (necessary for any rental) will be charged the full daily rental rate for any additional items rented that are not covered by the points, plus applicable tax (except for MD rental transactions for which additional tax is not charged) for the first night of rental, if applicable. Rentals are subject to terms at www.redbox.com/terms and www.redbox.com/rentalterms.
JOLLY TIME Pop Corn coupons will expire on 6/30/2019. Redbox Code expires 6/30/2019, at 11:59:59 PM. The following language applies to any balance beyond the first night rental. There is no additional payment required to redeem the prizes as outlined in this section. Valid for stated discount off the fee for a 1 day rental of a disc. 1 use, 1 code/per transaction. Your payment card, necessary for a rental, is charged the balance of the daily rental fee for a disc and the full daily rental fee for add'l discs + tax (except where tax isn't charged) for the 1st rental day. You're charged the full daily rental fee + tax for add'l days you keep each disc. Can't be combined with other offers, prior rentals or redeemed for cash. May be cancelled/changed at any time. Void where prohibited.
For all trip prizes: The actual value may vary based on air fluctuations, if a guest(s) accompanies the winner, the distance between departure and destination, and other factors at the time travel arrangements are reserved. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Sweepstakes Prize will not be awarded. All travel arrangements must be reserved and scheduled on dates as indicated by Sponsor in its sole discretion and as outlined in these Official Rules or the prize may be forfeited, at Sponsor's sole discretion. The winners' guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) or be the minor child or legal ward of the winner. Guests (or if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf) will be required to complete and return a Liability & Publicity Release within the time period set forth in the winner notification as described in Section 6 below. All hotel accommodation booking arrangements will be administered by Sponsor's authorized designee. All travel must be booked prior to departure. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor's travel prize supplier, as detailed in any contract issued by such supplier. If a winner elects to travel without a guest or with less than the stated number of guests, no additional compensation will be awarded. All costs and expenses not specifically included herein are solely the winner's responsibility. The winner and his/her guests are each solely responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents (including government-issued photo identification). The winners and his/her guests hereby acknowledges that Sponsor will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the prize, other than the provided limited travel insurance. Each winner and his/her guests are responsible for all in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, upgrades, personal incidentals, amenities and any other fees and expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules. Each winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card.

6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: After the random drawing, Administrator will notify each potential Sweepstakes Prize winner via e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration with further information on how to claim and receive his/her prize. Before being declared the winner of a Sweepstakes Prize or an Instant Win Game Prize valued at or over $600, each applicable potential winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment ("Affidavit"). The potential Sweepstakes Prize or Instant Win Game Prize valued at or over $600 winners must return a fully executed and notarized Affidavit to the Sponsor or its authorized designee within five (5) calendar days from the date it is sent by Sponsor or Administrator (e.g., the date it is postmarked as being sent) to the potential winner or the prize may (in Sponsor's sole discretion) be forfeited. All potential prize winners may be requested to provide additional documentation for verification purposes. If a potential Sweepstakes Prize winner or a potential Instant Winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or in the event that the potential winner fails to provide any requested documentation or an executed and notarized Affidavit within the five (5) calendar day deadline (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries (or non-winning Game Plays as applicable), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. Physical prizes will be mailed to verified winners at the street address provided at the time of winner notification within approximately 6 to 8 weeks after winner verification. Digital prizes will be emailed to verified winners at the email address provided during winner notification within approximately 6 to 8 weeks after winner verification. Each winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for any prize won. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to each winner whose prize is valued at $600 or more.
Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a winner's privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure, at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Promotion entrants agree that the Promotion Entities, promotional prize providers, Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, Web masters and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, designees and agents ("Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due, or undeliverable e-mail notifications or postal mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections or availability; or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Website/use net accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; or any technical, mechanical, printing, or typographical or other error; or unauthorized human intervention; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information; or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Website or any Promotion-related website(s). The Released Parties are not responsible for any injuries, emotional distress, or damage, whether personal or property, including death, to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion and/or accepting or using a prize (including during any prize related travel). The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by any automated computer, program, mechanism or device, for any entries in excess of the stated limit or for entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules, and all such entries may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the Promotion, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable including the selection of the winners from among eligible Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries and bonus Sweepstakes entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical or other errors, there are more winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the claimants will be held to determine the winners. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning messages are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules;

8. DISPUTES: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AND THE FORUM AND

VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF ("JAMS RULES"). PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use his or her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
11. GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as described herein is void. If it is discovered or suspected in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion that an entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple e-mail addresses, accounts, multiple identities, proxy servers or like methods, all of that entrant's Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries will be declared null and void, and that entrant will be ineligible to win a prize. Also, if it is discovered that any entrant attempts to receive additional Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries in excess of the stated limitation, that entrant may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified from the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning Game Play/Sweepstakes entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the registration form associated with such Game Play/Sweepstakes entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All Game Plays/Sweepstakes entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
