FYI you can't cancel the subscription or auto renewal yourself. You have to call or email customer service.

Amazon charges me for this every other month and I have to call for a refund. Never sign up for it and they can't even tell me how to stop it or anything, everything is parental controlled and I am the only one with the password. The service isn't worth it and it's a hassle.

Email for headphones came instantly. Had never used Amazon Free Time, looks fairly underwhelming but 3 dollars net for headphones (can throw it in with some gifts) and I'm sure we'll look through some of the books on Freetime together. Thanks OP!

We are still using the first free year of FreeTime on my kids Fire's. There is no way I am going to pay to renew it. It's a goo system to put a time limit on your kids screen time, but to have to pay for the service is ridiculous.

It takes a lot of work on the back end to make these promos. Nothing accidental about it. Some glitch might be affecting some orders, but unlikely that it was never intended to be.
