Best Buy has a selection of "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" phones from Samsung and Google.

Galaxy S9 and S9+, Pixel 2 XL 64 and 128 variant. I am not 100 sure on ability to use on other carriers as these look to be originally Verizon phones.

My experience with these phones from BB GkSqd are they are like new and have not had any issues.

Geeksquad certified is just an extra check by Bestbuy. Lets see. If the device is good i will keep it else I will return it. Bestbuy returns are very easy.

Yes, it's SIM unlocked and exactly the same as the regular version, except bootloader can't be unlocked.
