Most of the bottom of the shoe touches the ground which is very important for stability and compound exercises. They are very durable for many types of exercises and will last a long time because of it. They have minimal toe drop which will help mimic more functional movement. These are all benefits over running shoes when you are in the gym.

In most people's minds the top two trainers are these and the Nike Metcon. Both run 130 MSRP so this deal is legit.

Reebok Nano are my favorite shoes ever! I have the nano 4, 5 and 7. The 5's are probably my favorite, destroyed one pair after wearing them daily for years. Another pair of 5s I still wear to the gym, for years now. The 7's are my least favorite, least comfortable and don't look very good. I'm wearing them right now actually. The weave style around the toe is warped and looks funny. Definitely in for 1 to try the 8s even though they look similar to the 7s
