This sounds incredibly sketchy, especially since LG's site specifically lists Five Star Buy as unauthorized

There are many on here who have successfully purchased from them and will say the fact that they're unauthorized doesn't matter, but the LG website *explicitly* says



If I'm paying near $2k for a TV, I'm gonna take the manufacturer at its word and not risk it. Hopefully someone like B&H or Beach Camera comes along at this price point in the next week.

Has anyone purchased from this seller and had to do returns / warranty claims? fivestarbuy.com is listed as an unauthorized seller on LG's website and I am not sure how important that actually is.

I bought one from them. They told me my warranty is already activated but in order to get the warranty repair/service, I need to contact them first. So I don't know.
