A lot of guys would say an extra 2 inches is priceless
I've had this for a few weeks. For my household it's a really great kitchen display. We already have Chromecast Audios for music zones, and we use YouTubeTV for TV. So in the kitchen we're using it for controlling music, watching TV, viewing recipes, checking the morning commute time and daily weather forecast, and getting the news stories each morning. The kids use it for YouTube videos, trivia games, asking random questions, and things like that. I've even watched a movie casted to it from Emby. I haven't tried video calling with Duo, but I have made a couple of regular phone calls with it, which works well. The display is really nice, and I wouldn't want the smaller version. Well worth $150 IMHO.
Couple other notes:
I brought my receipt back to Costco this morning to get my $50 back (from today's price adjustment) and there were no problems. I did not need to return and re-purchase.
They did roll out a software update a couple weeks ago that included some new features. I've heard from multiple sources that the updates are built and distributed by Google, but I don't know for sure.
Amazon Echo show can play YouTube but through a browser. The downside is you can't ask alexa to find you funny cat vids on YT. It does have Hulu baked in though. Amazon's video calls have a "feature" that let's you video call people on your favorites list and connect (spy/stalk) automatically. For the grandparents this might be useful if they have fallen and can't get up or if they are slow to get to the device. Alexa seems to work best for smart home voice integration. Alexa only sends your convos to the cloud when the blue light is on. You know when it is listening to you and from the reports Amazon hasn't been keen to give anyone your data. Also the echo show has a built in smart home hub (zigbee)
Google Home assistants have native YT. The video calls are done through their app, Duo (I believe). The Lenovo can go portrait mode if the caller is on a cell phone it makes the image look bigger. GH has better on screen home automation. Google is always listening and unknown how much of your data they sell to third parties, they are very hush on this.
In the end I went with Amazon. I use this mostly for home automation and I have the ring ecosystem. Also I like Amazon's data policies, Google is almost as bad as Facebook when it comes to selling your info.

Just paid $200 on Sunday. Will Costco price adjust or do I need to return/ rebuy?
Within 30 days, they will price adjust.
After 30 days, return (with original receipt) and buy. Sometimes they will only return the lowest price of the past 90(?) days if they can't find it in their system.

Yeah bought at Costco. So they don't have price match restrictions for BF pricing (which I assume this is)? Thanks
I can use my double cashback Discover to get another 10% off and and 2% back for executive membership, but I just bought a couple 8" at Best Buy for $70 each. Not sure if I can justify almost double the price for a slightly bigger screen.

In the same boat...
If you bought it at Costco, you can ask for price match online or at store.
