Lot of people have been snatching up the Lenovo open box deals from BB which often don't have the pen. If you don't have success having the sales rep at the store offer you a replacement this is the cheapest I have been able to find online.
I just got mine yesterday and it writes beautifully. It also doesn't have the judder problem a lot of the other Wacom pens do at slow drawing speeds (see reviews on YouTube)
