One way to do this if you have a lowes purchase to do as well -
1) Buy $399.99 of Amazon gift card using your Amazon Credit Card (5% rewards back)
2) Apply the Amazon gift card to your account
3) Add 2X$200 and 1X$100 Lowes e-gift card https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1
4) select the amex card and select 0.01 point to be applied
Your total will be 399.99 after the $100 Amazon promo credit and that will be paid with the Amazon gift card you just have applied in step (2)

It didn't work in my prime account where i used this offer several months ago. But I cleared my cache and cookies and it worked in two other non-prime accounts that I have. Must use an Amex card with rewards points. Won't work with Blue Cash Card.
