Order succeeded then failed requiring verification.

Next window that opened wanted the last 4 of my SSN.

Then the next window wanted scans of the front and back of my state ID.

I did not choose to verify with the above options and my card has been charged anyway.

Now the order status on the site reads, "Manual Verification Required".

Exchanged a few messages with a representative and everything was fixed without having to do any of the above.

Reason for issue: Must use full legal name and up to date information, no nicknames. Recently changed names require further verification.
