Was on Facebook App this morning and got an ad on these controllers - i got an extra 10$ coupon and was able to purchase the copper version for 14.99 and free ship.
Assuming this was because it was my first FB marketplace purchase.
You may want to try checking
Multiple colors available / will most likely be boxes with multiple languages.

1. Open Marketplace from the top icon next to notifications
2. Scroll down and you will see "Claim Black Friday 10$" something like that
3. Add any product to cart from the next screen. Make sure to tap "apply 10$ promotion". Should be a green box and clearly visible on top
4. On the checkout page, manaully write the promo code for your account
5. Go back and search for "PlayStation 4 Controller". Looks for Dealsteals seller listing at 24.99$
6. Add to Cart, re enter the coupon you noted earlier
7. Done
My instructions were:
1) Load FB App->Market Place (iOS)
2) Top carousel is Save on Top Gifts -> Scroll right to see PS Controller for 25
3) Select Sony PS 4 Dual Shock 4 Wireless Controller (NOT "Select Sony PS 4 Dual Shock 4 Wireless Controller - Black" cause there are 2)
4) Select Color (I chose white)
5) Coupon appear right below image. Select to apply 10 dollars
6) Check-out
Note: Never placed a purchase on FB Marketplace before.
