I don't think so.You have to call and use the promo code provided in title of deal
How many months do I need to stay with Tmobile after I switch?
Also can I use this offer if I am currently on installment agreement for iPhone with current carrier:
"Get reimbursed the balance of any phone you have financed through your current provider (up to $650 per line)"
I don't have any contract with current carrier so no etf but it is simple 24 month installment agreement.
And
Can I buy new phones with discounts from tmobile on new lines if I switch?
Please suggest.
I want to know more details about it.

You only get the gift cards for the paid lines so since the current offer for four lines is one "free", you won't get it for that line. BUT, since you are saving $20 each month it doesn't matter you don't get a $150 gift card for that.
They just took the order and the promo code. Nothing about being a current MP customer although I am currently
Also, no charge for the sim cards.

Did you have to call and make account? Or can you do this in-store?
You have to call. The person I spoke to said if I tried in a store the sign-up would not include the gift cards. They send out the sim cards and then you activate when you get them. You have to call back to activate them. I chose standard mail (free) so up to five business days to get them. Call took 15 minutes and I wasn't rushing and initially just asking about the process.
