A $13.75 million settlement has been reached in a Michigan Condé Nast subscriber info class action lawsuit, resolving privacy allegations.
Class Members include Michigan consumers who had a subscription to a Condé Nast publication between July 20, 2009 and July 30, 2016.
The exact amount that each Class Member will recover will depend on the number of valid claims submitted, but the payout is estimated to be around $75.
