These are FANTASTIC. Have a 2.5 year old little guy, and as soon as we say "Moon" he knows it's time to crawl onto the couch turn out all the lights and watch the reels on the ceiling. It's a lot like the old View-master reels we grew up on but with the projector element and something you can do as a family. And even though I was hesitant because it felt like just one more reason to have our phones out it really to him doesn't even equate as the same thing (i.e. phone is clearly for Spotify when it's laying around, but once it's being used for Moon, that's all it's for!).

It's also lovely because once you turn on the story, actually plays this really soothing background music throughout reading it (the words are on the phone; only the pictures are on the ceiling). And as you read, some of the words are circled so you can tap them and it makes the relevant sounds (like a starburst sound, or a mouse squeaking, or cow mooing in the case of Goodnight Moon for example).

We've already own the Starter Pack and it's great. Just bought the 5-book pack this weekend and so will see how those are; I will say the quality of book and how throughtful they were about what pictures to put on and not varies by book. Goodnight Moon was very well done.

    Enjoy, everyone!

My 2 year old LOVES his. So does the 4 year old, and even the 8 and 9 year olds enjoy it when we use it. But the 2 year old goes nuts over it.

We received this as a gift for our daughter's 2yo birthday, she loves it! One morning she was like, papa I want to see meow meow, then she pointed at the ceiling! I was very confused, why's there cats on at ceiling, then she pointed at the projector box

    Very cool gift, would recommend

It just shows an image on the wall, that's it. I don't get the grandeur of this. Showing an image on the wall while you read words on your phone to your kids is worth a $20 price tag?
