Make sure you update it to latest firmware in this link [pioneerelectronics.com]
You can download the file to an SD card then insert it into the receiver.

Parking brake bypass instruction with FW 1.01 installed for Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX.
Make sure you get a screen which says OFF then press and hold a lower left cover for 5-7 second until you see "Set ON".
That's all you need.

Well I placed the order and now it says I ordered from "Newegg Marketplace" and the seller is "Drive In Autosound". Newegg is an authorized dealer but Drive in Autosound is not. FML
