Getting closer to normal price then. I guess that is good.
They are def marked up a bit, but the 20% brought the majority of the beers below what most retailers sell them for. This is a better deal for beer than wine.

Agreed. While Whole Foods doesn't have craft beer at Costco prices, it's better price and selection than the vast majority of supermarkets in my opinion. I can't speak for macro beer as it's not really my thing. 20% off is great.
At least in the past, you can combine the 20% off with buying six 22oz for another 10% discount. I am not certain that this will work, but I may try it later today.
No go at Chamblee, GA Whole Foods. It must be regional or tied to your store? Either that or the store didn't put the sign out - wouldn't put it past that, either.
I searched through their wines when they were 40% off, this was awhile ago, couldn't find any deals compared to my regular wine shop or Costco. Know your local pricing. Good luck.
I've have had one too many negative incidents with passive aggressive cashiers in the stores at checkout and I have been shopping their locations since way before they were bought by Amazon so I recognize the change. Once I reported to the supervisor who had an even worse attitude. With stores like Aldi and Trader Joe's having cheaper organic offerings I've found myself being able to avoid Whole Foods more and more. The biggest threat to Whole Foods/Amazon still remains themselves and how they treat customers as they become larger and more arrogant thus alienating their customers.
