Entry Period #2: October 13, 2018 at 12:00am EST to November 12, 2018 at 11:59pm EST
Entry Period #3: November 13, 2018 at 12:00am EST to December 12, 2018 at 11:59pm EST
Entry Period #4: December 13, 2018 at 12:am EST to January 12, 2019 at 11:59pm EST
Entry Period #5: January 13, 2019 at 12:00am EST to February 12, 2019 at 11:59pm EST

Prizes: During the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner will be selected from each Entry Period to win a prize, for a total of five (5) prizes during the Sweepstakes Period, as follows:

For One (1) Winner Per Entry Period: A $1,000 promotional gift code from PromGirl for use online only at Promgirl.com. Promotional gift codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Approximate retail value of prize is $1,000. Total ARV of all prizes is $5,000. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
