PROGRAM PERIOD AND KEY DATES
The Program begins January 14, 2019, on or about 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2021, unless terminated or modified as described in these Terms and Conditions ("Program Period"). Following the conclusion of the Program Period, Participants will have a thirty-day grace period (the "Grace Period") to redeem Rewards for Points remaining in Participant's Account (defined below) at the conclusion of the Program Period. The Company's computer is the official time keeping device for the Program. The Company reserves the right to extend the Program Period and/or the Grace Period, in the Company's sole discretion.

Late last week my account was still not activated, so I dug through some old emails and found the address to contact Marlboro - [email protected]. I used this to follow-up and got a reply a few hours later stating that my address/account deactivation issue needed to be escalated to the 'Management Team.' A couple days later - today - the account is active again and it looks like my address is correct. The address has been fixed before so hopefully the change stays this time! Thanks to everyone that offered info and/or encouragement while Marlboro re-activated my account.

Edit: Actually ignore my comment, I misread the FAQ. You get 14 days before and after your birthday to redeem your 1000 birthday points, they don't expire 14 days after redeeming.
