Edit: Oh the other shady part about them not being able to fix the sale price until I've received the product is it says on the website and the order receipt that there are no returns. So if I waited until it arrived to call, they could just say sorry and I wouldn't have been able to return the product.

Still works tho.
I have one in my bedroom. The sound quality is great. The ARC connection works perfectly with no sound delay. I have lots of other Sonos products, and love them. I didn't seriously consider other bars based on my experience with the brand. You can expand it with other Sonos speakers if you want a more proper surround sound experience, but the bar puts out more than enough for my room.
I had it for a while, it sounds good but just wasnt happy with it as have sonos in multiple rooms and back deck. When add the beam it made operating rooms separately a pain. Have now switched to having sonos for some uses and riva festival for other uses. He still hoping riva completes their soundbar. If not, will wire the living room for sounds as ceiling are out of house at moment for hurricane damage
It depends on the size of the room if the Beam would be good. I have 2 Beams in our house, but in smaller rooms. Our larger living room needs the larger 5.1 sound bar setup.
Keep in mind, Sonos is good for wireless whole home audio which is why I went with their products.
