Great deal on this little compound. I have 2 of them and love the fact that they are much lighter than both of my Bosch 12" / Delta 12" for a small job. Quick set up and break down.
The slide on this little saw lets me work on wood 12".

Good luck on a great little set up.

It's not a Brickseek deal. Brickseek is just showing the price and quantity straight from the system of the store. Not sure how people STILL don't get that in 2019.
You just take your receipt back WHILE they still have the product in stock to get a price adjustment within 30 days. Don't bother carrying the product with you, not necessary.
It is an uphill battle once they run out because their software reflects the original price once it hits 0 and the clerks can see the last day sold but they CAN'T see the last selling price without turning into a project.
I've got the hitachi 12" no-slide and stand in box (was about $200 total out the door last week). I can pick up one of these for $150 out the door. I don't have room for a 12" slide. I'll probably build a miter bench so I can use it (either of these) spur of the moment, then use the stand when doing outside projects (deck, siding, fences or projects when it's not raining. I'm historically somewhat biased against Delta because my 10 year old 10" Delta Chop saw is (and has always been) trash.
This would be for basic homeowner use, though I'd like to get into some slightly finer furniture making. I have a table saw, btw. Oh, and I'll probably get my father-in-laws DeWalt dual-bevel 12" slider and stand in a year or so when they downsize/ become snowbirds so neither needs to be heirloom quality.
Thoughts?
