This 2018 CRAFTSMAN® Gas Monkey Garage Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CRAFTSMAN®, 701 E. Joppa Road, Towson, Maryland 21286 ("Sponsor"). The entry period of this Sweepstakes is from November 12, 2018 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") until February 12, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and legally binding. Each entrant understands that they are providing their information to Sponsor and it will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's entry in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor and its designees for purposes of the proper administration, fulfillment, publicizing and promotion of this Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, as stated in Sponsor's Privacy Policy or as otherwise expressly consented to by entrant by opting-in to the CRAFTSMAN Club. All entries submitted are the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
This Sweepstakes consists of: (1) Grand Prize; six (6) Monthly Prizes; and not more than one (1) prize per Winner. Limit of one (1) entry per person. If you do not fully agree to these Official Rules, you should not enter this Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to USA legal residents (50 states or District Columbia) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry in this Sweepstakes, have a valid form of government-issued identification from their U.S. state of residence, and are a CRAFTSMAN Club member. Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents, grandparents and grandchildren) and/or people living in the same household, related or not) of Sponsor, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Gas Monkey Garage ("GMG"), Joe Gibbs Racing, Inc. ("JGR"), Retail Sports Marketing, Inc. ("RSM"), any other entity or person involved with the promotion of this Sweepstakes (individually and collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), and each of their respective affiliates are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must enter this Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period only, as follows:

(A) go to the designated landing page www.craftsmanstory.com;

(B) if entrant (you) haven't already done so, opt-in to become a member of the CRAFTSMAN Club;

(C) agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules and Terms of Use;

(D) complete the online entry form

(E) OPTIONAL: Include entrant's (your) personally-written, original CRAFTSMAN Story (maximum of 500 words) – this story should answer both of the following questions: "What is your CRAFTSMAN story?" and "What inspires your work?";

this is not a requirement to enter, you may include a video and/or photo image with your entry; the combined maximum size of this content cannot exceed 125 MB unless you provide the link for CRAFTSMAN to download the photo image/video content; and

(F) click "submit" to enter.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person. Each eligible entry entered during the Entry Period is referred to as an "Entry." After each entrant submits their Entry, they will be presented with options to post their Entry on their own (entrant's) social media channels (Facebook®, Instagram® and/or Twitter®) and on Sponsor's social media channels. Posting an Entry on social media is not a requirement to enter this Sweepstakes and it will not be considered by the Judging Panel in determining the Winners. If you choose to post your Entry on social media (yours and/or CRAFTSMAN's) you must include both hashtags #craftsmanstory and #Sweepstakes in all posts.

Monthly Prize Winners: There will be one random drawing Monthly to select the two (2) Winner's from amongst all eligible Entries received will be held by a representative of Sponsor or RSM as follows:

PRIZES

Monthly Prize: There will be two (2) Monthly Prize Packs awarded for a total of six (6) Monthly Prizes after the close of each Month Entry Period comprised of one (1) of each of the following CRAFTSMAN® products:


• Grand Prize: THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST ACCEPT THE FULL GRAND PRIZE IN ITS ENTIRETY OR SUCH WINNER WILL FORFEIT THE GRAND PRIZE IN ITS ENTIRETY. The Grand Prize will be comprised of:

A five (5) day, four (4) night trip for two (2) persons to Dallas, Texas for a "VIP Gas Monkey Garage experience" scheduled for March 28, 2019 through April 1, 2019. The Grand Prize will include: round-trip coach air transportation on a carrier of Sponsor's choice between the Winner's nearest major airport in the USA and Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport; hotel accommodations (one (1) room (double-occupancy)) at a hotel of Sponsor's choice; ground transportation to and from local hotels and airport; VIP Tour of Gas Monkey Garage; meet and greet with GMG team members, lunch at Gas Monkey Bar & Grill, CRAFTSMAN racing VIP access on race day including garage and pit road tour; meet and greet with JGR team members. The Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and will be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification at the time of travel. The Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents, travel insurance and other travel requirements. All expenses associated with prize receipt and/or use not expressly described in these Official Rules as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and travel companion. The Grand Prize does not include: upgrades in airfare; meals; travel or life insurance; rental car; room service; room or other damages; amenities; travel arrangements to and from home airport; additional hotel night stay; additional hotel room(s); meals; additional guest(s); gratuities; baggage fee(s); any other travel-related expense(s) and/or incidental cost(s). Prior to the travel, the travel companion will be required to return to Sponsor or RSM a personally signed liability and publicity release form. The travel companion must be age 21 or older. The Grand Prize may involve strenuous physical activity and there is a risk of personal injury and property damage and the Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must assume all risk of injury, death or other losses or damages arising out of participation in the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is subject to all terms and conditions contained on the back of travel vouchers, tickets, passes, etc. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, expired, unclaimed or travel vouchers, unused tickets, passes, etc. In the event the actual value of the VIP experience is less than this amount the Grand Prize Winner will not receive the balance in cash, credit or otherwise. The Grand Prize Winner and travel companion agree to comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the Grand Prize. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to the Grand Prize Winner and/or travel companion who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person while participating in the Grand Prize. Due to the nature and date of the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must respond promptly to Sponsor, RSM or their agents/designees when contacted and provide all of the required documents and information by the stated deadlines; if the Grand Prize Winner and/or travel companion do not respond such that Sponsor, RSM or their designees/agents cannot make the necessary arrangements or other details required for the Grand Prize, such potential Grand Prize Winner (and travel companion) will be disqualified and forfeit the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize Winner must have participated in the VIP experience to receive the above CRAFTSMAN® products part of the Grand Prize. Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,200.00.

The Grand Prize Winner should allow up to eight (8) weeks after returning from the VIP experience before the CRAFTSMAN® products are shipped to them. The prize will be mailed to Winner's street address (cannot ship to a post office box) via regular ground mail. AN IRS TAX FORM 1099 WILL BE ISSUED TO THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,200.00. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS ADVISED TO SEEK INDEPENDENT COUNSEL REGARDING THE TAX IMPLICATIONS OF ACCEPTING THE PRIZE.
