I have to admit, I bought the 8" version and I expected it to basically be a Android display with constant voice recognition where ya could load up display apps from Google Play. Instead I found something complicated to set up, no Google Play apps and largely useless as you can't make it do what YOU want it to do nor look like.
Google has totally blown it.
I'm confused. I have the 10 in version and it ia basically a chromecast with display. I can cast any video that is 'castable' and I can make it show my camera feeds from around the house. Also good for video calls (Google Duo app). Maybe I'm not understanding the issue though.
Great price though.
I have a Lenovo Smart Display and I have had zero issues with it. Never drops WiFi. We love ours. Wife uses it daily for recipes and smart home control.

I have the 8 inch and never had a problem. I love mine. You can paly any song through YouTube. It was also fun for my 4 year old to track Santa on it. I got it for 80 bucks on bf. This is a killer deal. A bunch around me for 99 (31324)
