You might wish to read this page [seriouseats.com]. In short:

Pressure cookers can be stove-top (like the kind your grandma had) or electric/tabletop (more popular these days, and generally safer)
A multi-cooker is an electric pressure cooker that has some other bells and whistles on it. Pressure cooking is still the primary purpose, but it can use the heating mechanism to also act as a steamer, a slow cooker, a rice cooker, etc.
The Instant Pot is a popular brand of electric, multi-cooker pressure cookers.
The item in question for this deal is a similar design, e.g. a countertop multi-cooker, but is a different brand than the Instant Pot

Decent price for a non-stick pot. But OP has deceiving thread title. TD for that move by OP. It has a regular steel non-stick inner pot, NOT Stainless Steel.
