Anyone have any experience with the 1/2 earthquake impact? 74.99 is tempting if its a good tool
I have it and have yet to come across any bolt or lug nut it cannot take off. I am running on about 90 psi on a 4 gallon makita compressor and it does the job. I would buy it again without hesitation. No issues at all with it. I may have the old model as I bought it a year ago. The earthquake has a very good reputation from what I remember. I paid a little less on a SD post I saw last year.

I use my smartphone and I'll either read off the code or show it to them, often from an online ad or this forum. The more exotic coupons like the free 3" pneumatic cutoff they're more likely to want to see.

Keep it above 70 PSI at the tool in operation (shorter hoses, 3/8" ID and good 1/4" fittings). Never had anything it can't move but I'm not fond of how to reverse it (two hands, not one like better impacts). It's heavier than the composites but a darn good price.

Does anyone have a link to this free cutoff tool?

I have an awful lot of multimeters and flashlights.

Just wanted to add that showing them coupons on my phone has worked every time for me. I have had 5 or 6 coupons on my phone and I just read off the codes to the cashier.

I don't think the cutoff tool has been free unless it was a special grandopening coupon or something like that.

It's normally $10 on sale and there are coupons for $7 but I've never seen an item priced that high for free? At least not in 2012

I don't think I've ever seen one.

After handing out a laundry basket full of multimeter, flashlight, and screwdivers to 30 volunteers and telling them to take extras and still bringing home some, I have a new appreciation for the phrase "awful lot".

Cool, most excellent!! Last time I used my phone was to price match and they weren't happy about it, but did it anyway.

It was only valid for 3 days and announced sometime like Tuesday-Thursday. This was about 3 months ago. I was one of the very few that used it at my store. Absolutely no one that was around that day that my cashier conversed with knew of its existence. As I said, exotic.

For your viewing pleasure:

2712 Retail B [harborfreight.com] 7/5 - 7/15 - Summer Blowout Sale

And the new Weekly ITC:

2812 Weekly ITC [harborfreight.com] Thru 7/17

Note the 3 ton jackstands are on sale for $21.99 in the Summer Blowout ad. Dunno if it's a good price but I saw a coupon posted recently for more than that.

I picked up a pair of these at the last parking lot sale for 14.99, I will pick up another pair with the coupon thank you!

I've had 2 holding up the front end of my 76 Nova for 2 weeks so I figure they are strong enough and worth buying more of
